After the entrance you will find a modern, luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

The living-dining area offers a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, an oven and a dishwasher. A large, inviting sofa bed (for one person) and the dining table with comfortable armchairs give this room a lot of cosiness.

Despite the holiday mood, do you also have time and desire for a bit of “business”? No problem - the modern desk with its comfortable seating also allows you to work in a relaxed atmosphere.

In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed under the large windows in the sloping roof. You can decide whether you want to enjoy the view of the sky from bed and let the first rays of sunshine wake you up, or whether you prefer to darken the bedroom with the electric blinds. A spacious cloakroom area complements this room.

The apartment has air conditioning and is fully equipped with underfloor heating.

There are around 15 steps on the way to the elevator that takes you directly to your apartment floor. Checking in and out is possible at any time of the day thanks to our manual code system - please always note our check-in (3 p.m. at the earliest) and check-out (11 a.m. at the latest) times. You will receive further information regarding this system after your booking.

The infrastructure around the apartment is excellent: coffee houses, restaurants and supermarkets as well as drugstores are in the immediate vicinity, as are parks and the Belvedere.
