PARKING SITUATION

almost the entire city is now a declared short-term paid parking zone (Kurzparkzone), which

means the following rules apply Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) from 9am to

10pm when parking on a public road:

- You can only park for a maximum of three hours

- You need to pay a street parking fee (via the app HANDYPARKEN or with parking tickets

which you can buy at „Trafik“ shops)

In parking spots in front of the house you can park for free from Friday 22.00 to Monday

9.00.

In the 4th district, in the heart of Vienna, this apartment invites you to feel good. Just a few steps from the front door is the “Johann Strauß Gasse” tram station, which takes you to the city center (“Staatsoper” station) in just a few minutes (five stops). The infrastructure around the apartment is excellent: coffee houses, restaurants and supermarkets as well as drugstores are in the immediate vicinity, as are parks and the Belvedere.
